These terms govern your use of tollens.bio and the waitlist survey on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

Tollens is in early development. The site exists to describe what we are building and to collect interest from potential buyers, sellers, institutions, and partners. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, guarantee access to any future product, or commit either of us to any transaction.

Your information

You agree to give us accurate contact information and to only submit information you have the right to share. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person or organization, submit automated or bulk entries, or attempt to interfere with the site or its storage.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, and its design belong to Tollens. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. You keep all rights to the information you submit to us, and you give us permission to use it for the purposes in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We make no promises that it will be available, error-free, or suitable for any purpose, and nothing on it is professional, legal, or investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tollens and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and continued use of the site after that means you accept the new terms.
